THE HEART BEHIND THE HISTORY Ragab Salah
Ragab’s journey began long before Experience Egypt Tours was established in 2009. At just 16, he persuaded his reluctant father to let him travel 800 kilometers from his home in Giza to the Red Sea coast of Marsa Alam to manage the family business—trading comfort for challenge—and finding himself exposed to travelers from every corner of the globe. It was there, amidst the exchange of stories and cultures, that he discovered his true calling: to share the soul of Egypt with them.
Driven by a desire to challenge the ordinary, Ragab pursued formal studies to become an Egyptologist. He realized early on that mass tourism often missed the nuance and magic of his home. He founded this company to offer an alternative: private, deeply personal journeys that reveal what others miss. Today, Ragab leads a team of trusted partners who share his emotional intelligence and passion, grateful for the fulfillment that comes from every guest who returns as a friend.
